The goal isn't to stop working. It's to reach a point where working becomes a CHOICE, not a necessity. 🔥
Build your wealth, buy back your time, and enjoy the years you can't get back.
Are you building a bigger net worth or a better life?
If you’re still grinding hard in your late 40s, you might be wasting your time, energy, and life.
Household spending falls 44% from its peak by 75.
You won’t be able to spend your wealth past 70, even if you wanted to.
Are you spending your days wisely? #FIRE
I'm not 3rd guessing (I am 2nd guessing) on Louisville, but up 17-0 (3 scores) and eliminating a 90+ yards rush may have impacted the game. The stop gave hope, the run was the defibrillator, and the next drive was Louisville turning the tables.

Prices are not simply numbers. They are not "set" by sellers. Prices are the outcome of a constant bidding process between willing buyers and willing sellers. And the production process that precedes it. Without prices, an economy is aimless, blind, and hopelessly inefficient.
Interesting for people looking to buy in NC. I am not sure if this is for urban or rural areas. In many rural places people can get 0% down 30 year fixed through the USDA. I am not sure if this is for urban or rural areas
🚨 BREAKING: OPENDOOR $OPEN INTRODUCES HOMEOWNERSHIP WITH JUST 2% DOWN AND NO MORTGAGE
A new homeownership model in the U.S. promises buyers the ability to move in as owners without a traditional mortgage.
Payments remain fixed for 5 years, with property taxes, insurance, HOA fees, and major repairs included.
Do you understand what this means?
100% correct, I remember explaining this to the Lynchburg Virginia real estate group in 2024. Real estate is not like oil, it is brought to the market by disparate sellers who each have subjective incentives which add to the asymmetric information in the market.
"But who will build the roads" 😆 🤣

Florida (especially FSU) is showing the US what higher education is.
Dr. Herbert Wertheim, a billionaire optometrist, inventor and philanthropist and the namesake and largest benefactor of FSU’s Herbert Wertheim College of Business, has announced the Wertheim Laureate Prize, which annually will invite eligible @NobelPrize laureates in physiology or medicine to direct $1 million in philanthropic capital to causes they believe will do the most good.
It also will invite those laureates to share their knowledge with students, physicians and researchers through an international lecture and visitation program at Wertheim institutions and affiliates across the world, including FSU.
Dr. Wertheim’s $65 million investment became the largest philanthropic endowment gift in FSU’s history and launched @FSUWertheim into a new era of preeminence.

Lol, I moved twice this year, how does that work??
Replying to @rusti_red @jonbrooks
Latest official net domestic migration data remains July 2024–July 2025 (Census Vintage 2025). Full-year 2026 figures (to July 2026) are not yet released. The map above recreates the current available visualization with key figures matching Census data.
As much as this video is quintessential Virginia Tech... it was even better as my one and only Virginia Tech game I went to while living in Virginia!!! Yes, this is the Cal VT game I was at last year. The other game I saw? FSU UVA... stay tuned.
I did this last year... totally agree!
Re-watched REACHER Season One.
Having been depressed since the last 2-3 episodes of S4, I decided to just take a look at Season one, episode one, and I could not stop. The pace is 5X faster that S4, the dialogue is crisp and smart. Reacher is a genius in S1, he figures things out ahead of everyone in town, miles ahead. He crushes every villain, including South American special forces.
I recommend to everyone, re-watch Season One, it is awesome, and it is why Reacher is great!!
