Nurture a love of books, and for reading, from before a child can read. They will likely grow into a teen and adult who loves to read.

Started off my visit to Kariega in the Eastern Cape, at Ikhwezi Lomso ECD centre.
This is a VW supported ECD centre of excellence that is doing incredible work for the community of Kariega. All children will leave this centre able to swim, having received strong foundational skills in literacy and numeracy.
This is the what we want to replicate in other communities as well.
