I’ve been asked to publicly apologise and say I lied about my own experience. I can’t do that, because it isn’t true.
In this video, I explain what was agreed, what happened during my spa session at New Image Makeover Spa, and what followed, and I show you the messages, screenshots and evidence so you can judge for yourself.
I tried to resolve this privately. I paid for the services, asked for my videos to be deleted, and asked for written confirmation. Now I’ve received a solicitor’s letter, and I can’t afford legal representation.

Please don’t attack anyone. I’m not asking for a social media fight. I’m asking for a fair chance to get proper advice and defend myself the right way.
