Then I'm waiting for a Monday, for the 1st of the month, "Sure it's almost Christmas at this stage, we go again next year" My daughter will be 5 next year. If you were to read my journals, since Day 1 - I've just consistenly wrote that my priority was to be healthy as she got older. Same story when my son was born in 2024. I want to be able to go on hikes with them, golf with them, whatever it is - just be part of their lives. The ultimate goal is to hang around with their kids for as long as possible if I'm lucky enough to have Grandkids! But if you were to watch me day to day - I just don't act like it. Of course life gets in the way. It's hard to balance work, kids, family time, friends, alone time. OF COURSE IT IS. But there is 10s, if not 100s of journal entires where I say my health is the number 1 priority. My wife is convinced there is only one way to fix it. Give away a chunk of cash if I fail my goals.
