Trump is tough to deal with. But Mark Carney should have known that when he made a promise in the election to get a good deal with the U.S. He made the promise. He broke that promise. U.S. tariffs have more than doubled and broadened on Canadian business since Carney took office promising he could “handle Trump." Everything is worse. Canadians can’t eat speeches or pay rent with his political theatrics. It is time for results.

This is a program for struggling families, like single moms who can't afford to work and look after their children at the same time. And remember, while Conservatives were calling for the program to be means-tested, David Eby said NO! Eby should be ashamed of himself.
