The top spot is coming soon!! SR Ethan Sanchez was ranked #1 in the 800 last spring in the CPC!
Congratulations to SR Ethan Sanchez on his race today! We fell short of winning the CPC Championship, but we tip our hats to the winner Eli Sloop for a great race and now shift focus towards the 7A Central Regional next Saturday at Wake Med Park!
Hats off to our guys that raced today in the CPC Championships. SRs Jacob Bangham and Ethan Sanchez are two big reasons the XC & Track and Field Program at East Forsyth is growing exponentially in numbers and competitiveness!!
Congratulations to our two FR guys competing in their first Championship race! Luke Brookshire was able to drop his 5k from 31:51 to a new 30:22PR!!
Congratulations to JR Jackson Williams on lowering his 5k best from 19:49 last year at Regionals to a 18:28PR with one race to go!!
Fantastic job by our ladies today at the CPC Championships at Ivey Redmon! FR Makenzie Olive and FR Lila Warfield were battling for All Conference Honors all the way to the end! 1st team score in many years!
Did he want a 15:31PR, to beat two of his biggest competitors in 7A or to get the Top 25 medal?! SR Ethan Sanchez started fast, regrouped and finished fast this morning as he heads into Wednesday’s CPC Championship at Ivey Redmon ranked #1 in @wsfcsathletics @EastFoAthletics
In his 2nd race of the season, SR Ethan Sanchez drops 20 secs from ROC at Great American and runs a new 15:31PR! Last year 8 broke 15 and over 80 16mins compared to 2 and 63 this morning as conditions slow the course down!! He continues to knock off that racing rust as he beat #3-5 in 7A head to head this morning!!
