☀️ FAQ FRIDAY ☀️ DOES EARTHING OCCUR IF I STAND BAREFOOT ON A CERAMIC TILE FLOOR? If the tile sits on a concrete slab or ground, the energy could come through. If it sits on other understructures or has a glazed finish, you are not likely to get any conductivity.

👣FAQ FRIDAY 👣 CAN YOU USE AN EARTHING PRODUCT OVER A MATTRESS PAD THAT HAS MAGNETS EMBEDDED IN IT? Yes! The magnets in the magnetic mattress pad produce a static magnetic field that naturally go through and extend beyond the surface of the Earthing sheet.

HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!

👣FAQ FRIDAY👣 Can I get too much of the the earth's energy? Our body knows what to do with what the Earth provides. When we are grounded, the amount of electrons we absorb is governed by the amount our body needs to balance the electrical charge. It is always the perfect amount!

👣FAQ FRIDAY👣Can I over-earth myself? The question to ask is this: can you be barefoot on the Earth too much? The whole Earthing experience indoors is a replica of being barefoot on the Earth outside. Keep in mind that humans evolved walking, sitting, and sleeping on the Earth!

WHAT DO YOU FEEL WHEN YOU START EARTHING? Most feel better right away: better sleep, more energy, less pain. But some feel temporary symptoms of detoxification as the body starts to function more efficiently. For details, read the article New To Earthing. ow.ly/A0IB50A6zF9

🌎 So many positive benefits! 🌎 The best way to ground yourself is through bare skin contact with the earth’s surface such as soil, sand, water, and rocks. Those who don’t have access or don’t want to be in the outdoors can get the same results by using earthing products!
