if you take out the right tail (top 1% which're mostly speculative whale movements) ltc trails btc by about 30x in settlement volume.
price is 300x+ behind (implying 10x relative undervaluation today).
over time, I think these get closer and closer together, which means the relative undervaluation is much higher than 10x.
eventually speculators realize it, and start pricing it in.
A normal day over the past year has been about $2.5M. So 24 Sep was the biggest day of the year, about 5 standard deviations above normal on log scale.
Who would show up for the new 24/7 stream and never leave until this rally is over?
Last 6 months I've been quiet bc I've been trying to close the loop on this project I started in '24, and this thesis I've held for 10 years+. Should be ready in 2 weeks.
A lot of the leading AI researchers spent their entire careers inside academia. I trust their opinions on training models but I don’t trust their views on economics, markets, politics, or institutions.
Domain expertise doesn’t generalize. If most of your worldview was formed inside universities and state funded institutions, you’re going to inherit their assumptions.
ltc still looks good against most alts here.

Never thought I would have to unfollow Marty.
TFTC was the podcast that truly got me started on my Bitcoin journey.
There was only one thing that bothered me about his podcasts and it was the near constant hocking of the ColdCard.
Every single episode had an ad for it, and he always talked about it as the standard. I never trusted this because ads about security products always made me uncomfortable.
If the product was so great, why did it need to be sold?
Now, Marty, Odell and the “expert” cabal are proving that they never verified. They trusted. And they pied-pipered hundreds of Bitcoiners to their losses.
