Diminishing returns should be the thing
Everyone agrees Bitcoin should have diminishing returns now because there are many more investors.
But if we don’t drop as much as previous cycles, we also shouldn’t expect another massive move up. And there’s the compounding effect: a 50% drop needs a 100% gain just to get back to where you started, so missing the downside also means missing a lot of the upside that would normally follow.
