Nobody gets into lucrative professional programs without gaming some kind of system. In pse there are many, many systems to game that go well beyond accessibility.
Won't complain about any aspect of the reinstitution of KC Honours or lawyers who are licensed in other jurisdictions being called to the bar in Ontario. There is an entire industry keeping lawyers from other jurisdictions from practicing and it doesn't protect the public.
