The EU wants to support more trade and investment with Iraq.
That was my key message during my meeting with H.E. Dr. Mustafa Nizar Juma Al-Ani.

Excellent meeting with H.E. Nizar Nasser, the new Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq. We discussed strengthening EU–Iraq cooperation on banking sector reform and fighting money laundering to support financial integrity, investor confidence and sustainable economic development.
