Next Ironman 70.3 in the books. 33 min swim, 2:46h on the hilly bike course and a 1:38h half marathon in the end. 3rd IM 70.3 in 2019. Organ donation rocks 👍😊 Greetings from Mallorca ☀️

Already 4 years ago. Great memories, being the first heart transplant athlete finishing the Ironman WC in Kona. Only 2 years after the surgery and learning to walk again after 7 months in hospital bed.

After IM70.3 Slovenia and some good training sessions, I had a great day and so much fun at my home halfmarathon in Köln. The result is with a 1:30 hour much better than I had expected. Seems a 4:15 min/km is my pace. Now waiting for my training plan 😊
