It's #TimeToTalk Day today and we want to remind our colleagues and the wider industry to always seek support or speak to those you trust during tough times. Our Mental Health First-Aiders are on hand to help all employees across the ESS Group if support is required.

We are off to a great start on a new school project in #Exeter on behalf of Spatial Initiative. Progressing well with deep storm drainage and pile mat install. Well done to all the team! More details coming soon... #Exciting #TedWraggTrust @TedWraggTrust

At Spatial Initiative we are guided by these values: • Innovation – it’s at the heart of our business • Integrity – it underpins everything we do • Collaboration – it is key to our organisational success • Pride – our pride drives consistency, quality and sustainability

As we return to work we encourage you to look out for one another. Let's start the year off on the right foot, and ensure that we take #EveryStepSafely. In this video, Director of Compliance at ESS Group, Warren Donnolly talks through some safety tips for working at height. 🦺👷🏻

It is important to us at Spatial Initiative to give our T-Level students a wholistic experience where they can develop and hone the knowledge and skills they need to progress in the industry.

We received great feedback from the students as their first day of placement was "better than they had ever expected". Meeting with mentors and directors also made the students "feel like part of the team already".

We aim to offer the third level students we engage with the chance to put into practice the technical and employability skills that they have gained as part of their T Level.

We are delighted to welcome our @TLevels_govuk students from @TheMcrCollege @educationgovuk Debbie, Tom, Matthew, and James to the Spatial Initiative team! ✏️

Earlier this year, our team implemented the use of a #SafePlanOfAction & completed trainings on-site🦺 SPA’s can be a powerful tool to supplement the risk assessment/method statement & ensure that all staff members are safe. Learn more: essmodular.com/about/health-… #EveryStepSafely

To mark this important week, ESS Group is also running a Health & Safety campaign, “Every Step Safely” to encourage colleagues and the industry to slow down, ensure safety at all times and take care of one’s physical & mental health. Make the change for a healthier, safer future

Stop. Make a Change 2021 kicks off this week from 11th - 22nd October. This year's campaign focuses on the individual worker - and particularly those who have been affected by Covid-19. #StopMakeAChange #SMAC21
