"One study looked at artists who started at the bottom and worked their way to successful careers. The researchers identified one factor that was consistent across the group: they performed far more shows than the average artist."

The Anabolic Response To Protein Intake Has NO Upper Limit
Consuming 100g of protein vs 25g/0g leads to a:
-Greater increase in plasma amino acid levels
-Greater muscle protein synthesis
-Greater net balance in whole-body protein metabolism
There seem to be three main buckets of leadership. Personal leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership. The first is likely the most important and overlooked because it deals with your own actions and how you interact with the world. It is the lever of leadership.
Much of What You’re Going to Do or Say Today is Not Essential
You can either fail conventionally or be different and thrive.

Often a mistake I make with productivity is I try to force it. If it's not hitting, pivot and find something else. Use a Pomodoro timer. If you can't get in a groove after a cycle, do something else - even if it's lower priority. If you find flow, roll with it and repeat.

Could be a hot take here but maybe NFL practice environments actually need to require more realistic, representative, and alive practice tasks for their QB?!
I mean, I believe all players need to be subjected to this > but what we are seeing w/QB in '23 could be direct byproduct
The NFL is hoping to avoid this becoming the fifth straight week that a starting quarterback has suffered a season-ending injury. Kirk Cousins ruptured his Achilles in Week 8, Daniel Jones tore his ACL in Week 9, Deshaun Watson fractured his shoulder in Week 10, and Joe Burrow tore a wrist ligament in Week 11.
