ICE Atlanta arrested Leonardo Hernandez Perez, a 32-year-old Mexican criminal illegal alien. He has a conviction for involuntary manslaughter in Mecklenburg County, NC for which he was sentenced to 2 years and 9 months.
🚨ICE lodged a detainer against Anderson Jose Rivas-Tenia, an illegal alien from Venezuela, after his arrest in Summerville, SC, for vehicular homicide and hit-and-run involving a death. ICE will seek to ensure he is not released back into the community.🇺🇸
ICE in Atlanta arrested Joel Escobar-Hernandez, a 36-year-old Salvadoran criminal illegal alien and known MS-13 gang member. He has a prior removal from the U.S. and has an international warrant. ICE remains committed to protecting communities and enforcing U.S. immigration law.
ICE Atlanta arrested Jose Cortez Diaz, a 27-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and sentenced to 84 months in federal prison. ICE continues to remove illegal aliens and threats to the community.
ICE arrested Angel Rivera Cortez, an illegal alien from Mexico, at Lumberton Correctional Institution in NC, where he was serving time for first-degree sex offense with a child and first-degree rape. The community is safer without this predator being in it.

According to the arrest warrant, Corbera Romera deliberately and dangerously used his vehicle to obstruct the ICE arrest of a family member.
Our officer sustained injuries from the vehicular assault. Corbera Romera fled the scene.
