In London, together with @lesiavasylenko, I joined the conference “Ukraine and the Future of Europe: Unity, Security, Democracy” at Europe House, bringing together Ukrainian, British and European parliamentarians.
We also held important meetings in the House of Commons and with UK experts, focusing on Europe’s evolving security architecture and the Coalition of the Willing.
Our message is clear: Ukraine’s EU integration and stronger cooperation with the UK are irreversible. Parliamentary diplomacy helps turn this shared vision into concrete decisions.

Aliaksandr Milinkevich dedicated his life to the fight for democracy in Belarus.
All of us at @Europarl_EN are deeply saddened by his passing. The 2006 Sakharov Prize laureate was forced into exile, but he never gave up on his country or his vision of a free Belarusian society.
His courage and legacy will stay with us. Europe continues to stand with the people of Belarus.

As @Europarl_EN has long called for, Member States have given the green light to start EU accession negotiations with Ukraine and Moldova.
The opening of the first chapters on democracy, justice and the rule of law underlines both countries' reform efforts and their commitment to European values. All while pushing back against Russia's aggression, threats and intimidation.
