The Committees on Foreign Affairs and on Development have shortlisted three Sakharov Prize finalists. The Conference of Presidents will select the laureate on Thursday 22 October.

📺 WATCH: my speech today in #Strasbourg as the parliament adopted my report on global health by a large majority of MEPs.
Because of the massive aid cuts by the US 🇺🇸 (and others) less girls are going to school, there are more cases of child marriage, more cholera and more cases of HIV in children.
The situation is urgent.
