Design features puffed upper sleeves that attach to long sleeves of cream net and a bodice trimmed with converging piped bands of silk with net beneath. Above the hem, there are four bands of cream satin that end at the side seam in graduating tabs caught inside loops of cream silk rouleaux, a trim characterised by its tiny stuffed tubes of fabric. Belt fastens high on the waist with a low trailing bow at the back.
