Yikes
Bad news folks. The Macdonald bridge will remain closed today due to the unstable crane. @HHBridges doesn't know yet if the bridge will be open in time for Friday morning rush hour. Updates will be provided. #Halifax
How MSM CONTINUES to dance around the fact that the USA is unequivocally an authoratian state is enraging. And will once again be lead by a fascist... no words...

As I sit in my bed dealing with a endometriosis flare up, I ask that you consider asking your candidate about their plan for women’s health, including wait times for gynaecologists and the endometriosis clinic at the IWK! #nspoli
.@electionsns looks like could have sent VIC instead of trying to suppress the vote #cdnpoli
Firstly.... y'all called a snap election breaking the 1st piece of legislation you passed
Secondly, shes the leader of the provincial party she has been across the province many times and no doubt will be during the campaign
Its only 1st week of the campaign calm down #nspoli
In her first week on the campaign trail, NDP Leader Claudia Chender stayed exclusively within the Halifax Regional Municipality, alongside federal NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh. The highlight? An Art Gallery reception with the city’s elite.
Meanwhile, PC Leader Tim Houston spent three full days connecting with communities across Cape Breton Island and the South Shore, focusing on the issues that really matter to you.

Rents are soaring, making it harder to afford a home in the communities we love.
But Nova Scotia’s NDP is ready to fix this. We’ll ban fixed-term leases and bring in real rent control to keep housing affordable for everyone. Sign to support our plan: act.nsndp.ca/signup/rent-con…

A plan to protect our coastal communities, the Coastal Protection Act, received all-party support years ago.
But instead of taking action, Tim Houston and his ministers broke their promise to Nova Scotians. They abandoned this crucial plan. Now, our beautiful coastlines are at risk.
We can’t let a small circle of wealthy developers control the fate of our shores. A New Democrat government will pass the Act, establish coastal protection zones & safeguard our communities from climate change.

Soaring rents are pushing Nova Scotians out of their homes. The NDP is ready with a plan that would:
➡️ Implement REAL rent control
📉 Slash the annual increase cap from 5% to 2.5%
🙅♀️ End fixed-term leases
Renters need financial relief – and a government that's on their side.
And yet Health Care is still a train wreck. Also spoiler alert: the provincial nurse resource team is an idea you stole from @NS_nurses also if you expect nurses to move around the province you need to pay them more for that #nselxn2024 #nspoli
A re-elected PC government will hire a 30-nurse travel team to replace costly private contracts and deliver more consistent care for Nova Scotians in every corner of the province.
This announcement, paired with our record on creating more nursing seats, funding free tuition for CCAs and LPNs, and offering all graduating nurses a job, the PC team is the only party who's demonstrated we will Make It Happen for Healthcare workers.
I shouldnt be shocked cause we are surrounded by racists...but WTAF
