Fantastic learning session today about ADHD/autism. Raw, real life experiences of adapting to, accommodating, and surviving expectations at work. Also noticeable that participants were nearly exclusively female. Sth special about the experience of neurodiversity as a woman?

Love the opening of the #ParalympicGamesParis2024 Such an important counterpoint to the stories we heard, yet again, at our Network meeting today where frustratingly we just don’t get things quite right. ^Norbert

Reflecting on the @NHS_ELFT @ELFTAbility Conference on 22nd Feb, where leaders like @BlondeHistorian, Dr @nassersiabi OBE, @LorraineSunduza & @MohitVenkataram inspired us towards a more inclusive workplace. Focused on Social Justice & Disability, it was a day of insight and empowerment. A step closer to an inclusive future. #WaybackWednesday
