Nobody saw this coming — and an audible gasp was heard across the @MetalAMMag office when it was released. I’m sure it was less than a year ago that ExOne and DM’s media teams were sniping at each other across LinkedIn! This industry never fails to surprise.
.@DesktopMetal and @ExOneCo have entered into a definitive agreement which will see Desktop Metal acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of ExOne common stock for $575 million.
