With the @Europarl_EN plenary set to debate and vote on the #EuropeanMediaFreedomAct #EMFA this week, we reiterate our concerns regarding #Article17 and its adverse effect on smaller and newer publishers, harming media pluralism (1/3) mediapublishers.eu/2023/04/2…
We therefore urge policymakers to ensure a level playing field between publishers, regardless of size, in the digital environment, instead of benefiting few and penalizing many. (2/3)
