EGM Downloader v1.4.11 is out: LAST CALL, THE RETURN OF ELECTRON. ⚡
New here? It's a free, open source app that saves video and audio from 1000+ sites, right on your own computer. No account, no cloud, no tracking.
• Up to 8K video, HDR kept intact
• Lossless audio
• Follow channels and playlists
• 500 themes (this image is wearing La Parguera 🌊)
• 10 languages
• Windows, macOS and Linux
What's new: Electron now updates itself. The new version downloads first and only replaces the current one once it's ready, so a failed or offline download no longer leaves the app without Electron. Plus fixes under the hood, a Mac fix so an interrupted update can't leave a broken app behind, and a pinned checksum check for the Windows portable's setup.

EGM Downloader started with ReClip. Here's how far the idea has come, from a small web app to native desktop apps for Windows, macOS and Linux. Big thanks to averygan on GitHub for the inspiration. 🙏

@AskCiti I switched phones yesterday. I can't add my Citi card to Apple Wallet.
It says to contact you.
I did.
2+ hours yesterday on the phone, 3 transfers, excuses, misinformation, they removed my card from my other devices without asking me, they told me to wait about 2 hours and assured me it was fixed, it was not.
I still can't add my card, to any device now. I tried calling again, this time I've lost patience, and I get transferred again that I have to wait over an hour and no, I will not, this is unnaceptable.
This "customer service" is awful, nobody knows anything nor what they are doing.
Can you help here? If not, my next step will be to cancel my card, so I don't have to deal with Citi again.
It's ridiculous that I can't get help for something so simple, I wouldn't like to imagine if I had an emergency and received this kind of "support".
And I had a similar issue with my Amex cards, took them less than 3 minutes to fix it and I was able to add them.
One of your "representatives" that I don't know how works there, TOLD ME THAT MY CARD ISSUER WAS APPLE (FOR MY CITI CARD) AND THAT I HAD TO CONTACT THEM, DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW STUPID THIS IS?
