So proud of our students in our course 202113 molecular microbiology at @unibielefeld. We isolate soil microbes, characterize and sequence them and publish! Computing resources from @CeBiTec, supervised by @DonatWulf and @BVerwaaijen
During our molecular microorganisms course we isolated a new strain of Pseudomonas and sequenced it with nanopore. The genome is uploaded to NCBI and our results are now published in Microbiology Resource Announcements. Great work by our students!
