Cover crops at #ChateauMaris radishes, mustards, cereals, clovers, all get mixed in and ploughed back during the month of March. Some we keep and then break so that it forms a dry straw cover all summer long. #humidity retention #soil temperature #Biodiversity2020

It is spring at #ChateauMaris and part from #flowers we also have sexual hormone control capsules that is our natural way of fighting the European Grapevine Moth that destroys our crop. If there is another natural way that would allow them to continue to mate?
