So PDS inherited a system loss level of 27.3% & somewhat reduced it to 18.8% by June 2019 - just 4 months of their operations. I hear Meralco, the largest shareholder, has a system loss of less than 6% which is a + indicator that they can make PDS viable. Not bad eh?

So apparently according to energynews.com, PDS had increased revenue collection by 95.92%. Must certainly be good indication that they were doing something right before the controversy...
