The hottest topic out there - Tokenisation! @rzvelc @pahyppolite @maxboonen and @VCharpiat discusing the #DLT pilot regime. @XavierLava - a specific regime for securities on the blockchain - there are no projects with a DLT for now - the rules are still strict and the activity is highly regulated because of investment protection - there are no European projects within the biggest ones working on tokenisation - MICA is regulating intermediaries including the decentralized in name only
