Hi! Our roster is filling up nicely. We have just 2 roles to fill - 1 marshal and 1 barcode scanner. Barcode scanning can be done after running if you are a Speedy Bean! Come join us and be part of the team this Saturday. Drop us a line at [email protected] #loveparkrun

Often the reason people will decide to come to something new, is simply because someone asked them. Please share this little video with a friend or on another group and make today the day you make change happen. #loveparkrun youtube.com/shorts/FJvlLL1EC…

Thank you to Councillor Gill Williams for coming to visit our parkrun today! #loveparkrun

Flo can't wait to welcome you to 'barkrun' tomorrow! She's excited that the roster is nearly full of volunteers - we just need some more marshals to keep Flo's 2 and 4-legged friends safe on our course. If you can help, drop us an email to [email protected] #loveparkrun

The muddiest, sloshiest one ever. Not a day for PBs but an exhilarating way to celebrate our 300th parkrun. Marilyn from East Brighton cafe made us the hugest, yummiest cake & Jürgen Krauss from @BritishBakeOff made us these delicious & perfect #parkrun biscuits #loveparkrun

East Brighton parkrun is definitely ON tomorrow (10th Jan). All are welcome. Join us for a fun morning in East Brighton Park where our team will cheer you on to the finish line. We have room for another marshal and a token sorter if you can help us out #loveparkrun

And the results are in. Well done to the 83 walkers, joggers and runners who battled the wind resistance factor and a massive thank you to all the volunteers who resisted the wind chill factor - you did us proud! #loveparkrun parkrun.org.uk/eastbrighton/…

We are excited to see you tomorrow. We're all about being out in the fresh sea air, having some fun, catching up with old friends & making new ones. Come & take part, however it works for you. parkrun is free and you can register here: parkrun.org.uk/eastbrighton/ #loveparkrun

Good morning EBies! We've had a great response to our volunteer shout-out, thank you. We just need two marshals, one token hander-outerer and another barcode scanner to complete the set. Please email [email protected] if you can help. #loveparkrun

We are often asked if it is ok to walk the parkrun and the answer is YES! People join us to walk the course every week and we welcome everyone. Here's a group of happy walkers that recently joined us. #loveparkrun

108 people walked, jogged or ran, supported by 15 volunteers, many of whom did more than one role - it was busy backstage! If you are around to take part next week, drop us a line at [email protected] to volunteer. The results are in! #loveparkrun parkrun.org.uk/eastbrighton/…

We can't wait to see you all on Saturday morning in East #Brighton Park. To make the magic happen we need your help. If you can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper or to hand out finish tokens, then we'd love to hear from you. #loveparkrun parkrun.org.uk/eastbrighton/…

Good morning #Brighton! The weather is looking cool & dry on Saturday. We'd welcome another couple of marshals and a timekeeper. If you can run and volunteer then help with set up and close down would also be handy. Drop us a line at [email protected] #loveparkrun

This could be you! It's our volunteers that make parkrun work every week & we welcome anyone who wants to join in the fun. It's a great way to make new friends. Email us at [email protected] if you'd like to help make parkrun what it is, this Saturday. #loveparkrun
