Best week of the year? Absolutely. Early week backyard training session getting ready for @USAKubb this weekend. #usakubb #kubb

Two Baton Pressure: Here is a drill I would do when I played in a lot of tournaments. It gives you pressure to perform, requires you to get out of a slump as fast as you can, and allows you to keep score so you can try and reach personal records. youtu.be/6kCOZAKgczg

A new kubb practice tip video. - Practice situations & environments. For me, this is as important as anything. - If kubb is equally or even more mental than it is physical, we should practice it. - Practice with purpose. More discussion & video at: youtube.com/watch?v=Pn7LnBj4…

Most really good to great kubb players will tell you that kubb is much more mental than physical. Do you practice the mental part of the game? Do you practice it over half the time? Do you practice with a purpose? Here’s one of my favorite practice drills: m.youtube.com/watch?v=KcvzNz…

Today was the first day of kubb on the grass for 2019. This little flower comes up every year in my kubb pitch, and it popped open today. Spring is here. What a great day.

Thanks so much to @OhioStateWBB for taking the time to take a photo with my mom at the Madison Airport. Good luck with the rest of your season Buckeyes. You have a few new fans in Eau Claire, WI.

In 2011, the first Kubbnation Magazine was released. Yesterday....number nine. As always, while doing this one over the past months, I had so much fun learning about all these players, teams, organizations, and more. You can find the 2019 edition at wisconsinkubb.com

No better way to finish the 6th grade season than with a hard & well-played tournament & then cheering on @OldAbeNation big win tonight. Thanks to the coaches & #20 Tangley for stopping by to say hi to the girls before the game & all the staff & players with high-fives after.

Big thanks to the 3 @OldAbeNation athletes that came to our 6th grade Eagles joint practice tonight. We loved it. And we kicked off our Hard Work Title Belt that we will be giving a player on each team after each practice. They take it home until the next practice. #FutureAbes

Finally added the photo from 2 weeks ago. Playing against the 3-time and 2-time @USAKubb champs is never easy, but that’s why we love it. 9 or 10 kubbs in play all 3 games. Thanks so much ECKL for all you do and @GJocho and Scott for the great competition and sportsmanship.
