At 32 I was editing Papa Ajasco and Super Story, trying to become a director. One night officers who had been drinking shot me through my car. I am 47 now. The hand is dead. I edit with my left hand for $10 and $20 so my children can eat. I won in court. The police have ignored the judgment since 2015. The officer’s name is in their own report. Ayuba Philip ID 257745. Please tag em until @TunjiDisu1 & @CspIniedu see this impunity. Thank you punchng.com/drunken-policema…

Press Statement: PURPORTED EFCC ACTION AT THE NDC GOVERNORSHIP CAMPAIGN OFFICE IN UYO — A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO DISTRACT THE UNSTOPPABLE "BABANTAN" MOVEMENT The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) Campaign Organisation wishes to address the recent reports and politically motivated grandstanding involving the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at our Governorship Campaign Office in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. We categorically state that any attempts by state actors, political detractors, or desperate opponents to use federal law enforcement agencies as weapons of political intimidation against our principal, Rt. Hon. Dr. Michael Enyong, popularly known as "Babantan", will fail. The "Babantan" movement is a grassroots campaign built on the yearning of the good people of Akwa Ibom State for authentic leadership, economic liberation, and an end to poverty. It is not a campaign housed inside bricks and mortar, and it cannot be locked down by arbitrary seals or politically manufactured controversies. The leadership of the NDC and the Babantan Campaign Team clarify the following points to our teaming supporters and the general public: 1. Unshaken Legitimacy: Rt. Hon. Dr. Michael Enyong remains the duly cleared, confirmed, and official NDC Governorship Candidate for Akwa Ibom State. Our structures are fully intact, operational, and growing stronger across all local government areas. 2. Cooperation with Law Enforcement: While we maintain absolute respect for due process and federal institutions, we urge the EFCC to remain neutral and reject being used as a tool for administrative harassment by political elements who are visibly panicked by Babantan’s overwhelming popularity. 3. The Campaign Continues: No amount of orchestrated distractions will slow down our momentum. Our consultative engagements, strategic operations, and grassroots mobilizations continue at full capacity across the state. We urge the wonderful citizens of Akwa Ibom State, party faithful, and volunteers to remain completely calm, law-abiding, and focused on the ultimate goal. This latest desperate hurdle is clear proof that the opposition camp is in severe panic over the new dawn that the NDC represents. The Lion of Akwa Ibom politics has been cleared; the process is complete, and no administrative malice can seal the will of the people. NDC: Service to the People! Signed, Director of Media and Publicity, Babantan Governorship Campaign Organisation Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Akwa Ibom State Chapter 1st October, 2026

Drama as youths who gathered at PTI Junction in Delta State for a 5KM Independence Day Run were reportedly surprised when organisers began distributing “Soft Nigeria” T-shirts bearing the image of President Bola Tinubu. Some participants expressed their displeasure, with footage showing some of them tearing the shirts while others reportedly threatened to boycott the run. The crowd was also heard chanting “Obi! Obi! Obi!” in the footage.

😂😂 The proposed "5KM Independence Day Run" in Warri was a ploy to promote failed Tulumbu. The youths were deceived. After gathering, organizers started sharing Polo with Tinubu face hidden in it. The aggrieved youths tore & burned the clothes, chanting "OBI OBI OBI" 🤣🤣🤣 #TinubuMustGo

Clips from a video created in 2018, featuring reactions to Ronaldinho Gaúcho’s incredible plays. The video captures the young players watching and reacting to some of the legendary footballer’s most impressive moments. What a video, bro. It’s such a cool throwback to see these young talents watching Ronaldinho’s magic before they became the players we know today. The video also features several young players from La Masia, including Lamine Yamal, Nohun Sylla, Marc Bernal, David Saez, and Xavi Castellanos.

I'm now 31. I can't work as a graduate trainee in most banks or Fintech in Nigeria due to age. Their criteria is always; > below 27 > NYSC certificate >2.1 > atleasg 1yr experience But if I manage to stay alive till 75yrs, when my brain cells will need more sleep then I'll be more than qualified to be the president of Nigeria that will determine the existence of any bank or industry in the country. A single Policy made by President Tinubu on May 29th 2023 threw over 30million people below poverty line. He doesn't have a first class. He didn't go to any university. He's not young. But he's qualified to rule Nigeria because the criteria to rule Nigerians is to be dubious and incompetent. Make it make sense We designed a system to have the best in Private sectors and the worst in Politics running the Affairs of the entire nation. Judicious in Micro economics but dastardly stupid in macroeconomic conditions.

Mr Banks, who couldn't afford ₦5,000 to buy foodstuffs in 2020, can now afford $5 million in 2026 to buy a Cybertruck. The guy he begged for ₦5,000 that year, he now rewards him with ₦5 million in 2026. This also takes me back to my friend, who came to my house in 2015 to borrow my Toyota Matrix 2005, so he could visit his then-fiancée's mother, in the suburbs of Ikorodu. When he returned, my car was faulty, even though I had given it to him in good condition. I called mechanics and consulted almost every expert I could find, but nobody could fix it for three weeks. It wasn't until we employed the services of a car diagnostic engineer that we discovered it was a brain box problem. Throughout this period, which lasted almost a month, he didn't call or ask what was wrong with the car he had borrowed. I paid for everything myself, and eventually got a new brainbox. I was only pissed off because he didn't call to show any concern. I called and told him I wasn't happy about that. Even after I fixed it, a few months later, he still borrowed it for his introduction ceremony, and I didn't decline. Today, he is one of the biggest clearing agents on Tin Can Island, Apapa. His business has earned him nothing less than five houses in the heart of Apapa. He also owns three warehouses in Egbeda, which he bought outrightly. The last time he came visiting, during my first child's naming ceremony, he saw that I was using a 2009 Toyota Camry. He told me I was too big to be driving that kind of car and that he knew I wouldn't speak up even when I needed something. The next day, he called, and asked to meet him in Magodo. He bought me a 2023 Toyota Camry, which my wife now drives. After some time, I asked myself: What if I had listened to the people who advised me to stop lending him my car after he returned it faulty? Would he have thought about me this way today? Kindness and human investment are the greatest forms of investment. They can yield returns that even Dangote's IPO shares may not match. If you keep getting it clear, keep using it to clear road for people who are in dire needs around you, without expecting nothing in return. Sometimes, the people you help when they have nothing are the same people who remember you when they have everything.
