But why did Apple not just make the speaker and dock for most ipads made in the last 5 years. And sell them for $100-150. I would have bought 4/5 of them.

Sell side or withdraw kyc is fine. But if a new customer wants to buy something like from amazon, needs NO KYC to buy.
I have already explored @stripe @moonpay and @helio_pay
To my knowledge, none of them can do all of the required ones. KYC seems to be the biggest blocker and for a non-crypto native user app, its a HUGE blocker
