Just a young midwestern dad — who happens to be vice president — cheering on the murder of a young midwestern mom.
This is preposterous.
First of all, she's not waving the officers through and has no right to do so even if she were. She is waving another car through, before the officers approach her car.
Second, the officers are not randomly searching her, they are approaching her vehicle because she is violating the law: namely, she is obstructing a lawful enforcement operation. You're not allowed to walk up to or drive up to people who are enforcing the law to make it harder for them to do their jobs.
Third, this defense attorney is drawing a meaningless distinction between an ICE officer and a "real police officer." Again, you're not allowed to interrupt a lawful enforcement operation, which is exactly what this woman was doing.
Fourth, the officer didn't discharge his weapon to prevent her from fleeing. When he discharged his weapon, she had pointed the vehicle at him and pressed the gas. He discharged his weapon in self defense, and other angles of the video show the woman *clearly* hit the officer with her car while accelerating.
The gaslighting is off the charts and I'm having none of it. This guy was doing his job. She tried to stop him from doing his job. When he approached her car, she tried to hit him.
A tragedy? Absolutely. But a tragedy that falls on this woman and all of the radicals who teach people that immigration is the one type of law that rioters are allowed to interfere with.

Pro Tip: If you're a full armored ICE agent with an AR-15, a pistol, taser, pepper spray & 20 agents backing you up, and you STILL need to shoot an unarmed woman driving away, you're a pathetic weakling who deserves only a dingy prison cell to rot in for life.

this app is an outlier, even the youtube comments on the new york post's video agree that it was cold-blooded murder, do you know how crazy that is

WITNESS: "I just can't let this narrative of self-defense go any further. That’s absolutely not what it was… ICE agents didn’t let anyone help her for 15 minutes, then medics couldn’t get through with their ambulance.”

Minnesota Public Radio reported this morning that Good "had just dropped off her 6-year-old son at school Wednesday and was driving home" -- if they are right and she wasn't there as an activist, she's been shamefully maligned by her government after it killed her.

I’ve watched the video multiple times. An American citizen was murdered in cold blood by ICE agents because Donald Trump has empowered them to act with impunity.
This is a nightmare. This crime must immediately be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Today, ICE officers in Minneapolis were conducting targeted operations when rioters began blocking ICE officers and one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them—an act of domestic terrorism.
An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots.
He used his training and saved his own life and that of his fellow officers.
The alleged perpetrator was hit and is deceased. The ICE officers who were hurt are expected to make full recoveries.
This is the direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers by sanctuary politicians who fuel and encourage rampant assaults on our law enforcement who are facing 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats.
This is an evolving situation, and we will give the public more information as soon as it becomes available.

They don't want the state involved because state crimes can't be excused by presidential pardon.

There are 2 crimes here IMO
1. The murder of an unarmed woman shot three times by an ICE agent.
2. The ICE agent who denied medical care to the woman and prevented first aid, allowing the woman to bleed out.
