SIGNIFICANT: A new bipartisan bill introduced in the US Congress by @RepRitchie (Democrat) and @RepJoeWilson (Republican) calls for an assessment of military and intelligence cooperation between Western Balkan countries and Russia and China.
Particularly significant: The bill explicitly calls for an investigation into the Russian-Serbian “Humanitarian Center” in Niš, Serbia, including its potential connections to Russian intelligence agencies.
This is especially relevant for Kosovo's security. The center is located in southern Serbia, relatively close to Kosovo, where NATO-led KFOR troops are deployed to maintain a safe and secure environment. For years, concerns have been raised that the center may serve not only humanitarian purposes but also Russian intelligence activities.
Against the backdrop of ongoing tensions between Serbia and Kosovo, this raises serious questions about the role Russian security and intelligence structures may play in surveillance, influence operations, and potential destabilization in the region.
But this is not merely a regional issue. Kosovo's security and the stability of the Western Balkans are integral to European security. Russia's security presence in Serbia therefore also raises questions for NATO, the EU, and Europe's ability to respond to emerging threats.
The fact that members of the US Congress are calling for an explicit assessment of these connections should also serve as a wake-up call for Europe.
Europe needs a shared intelligence picture, systematic intelligence cooperation, and the capacity to respond jointly to hybrid threats.
European security cannot depend on others identifying threats on our doorstep.

From a country devastated by war to a democracy flourishing in peace, the Republic of Kosova is living proof of what transatlantic unity can achieve.
At @forum_2000 in Prague, I highlighted how transatlantic cooperation has helped safeguard peace and stability, even in the face of serious threats, including the terrorist attacks in Banjska and at the Ibër-Lepenc canal.
The resilience of our institutions, together with steadfast 🇺🇸-🇪🇺 cooperation, has enabled Kosova to continue progressing despite attempts to undermine our security.
Our experience demonstrates that transatlantic unity delivers tangible results, and why preserving it remains essential for the future of the Western Balkans.

For six years, Michael Roth and Ivica Dačić were both in office. Dačić is the same as ever: now he says one more outrageous statement among many. Roth, now out of office, is reacting. What did you do when you were in power, sir? Who cares what you think now?
🇽🇰FM Konjufca:
Serbia cannot claim to pursue peace & EU integration while the organizer of the Banjska terrorist attack appears publicly alongside its president’s family instead of facing justice.
The international community must unequivocally condemn and demand accountability.

Let me explain something about this clown working for @NewsmaxBalkans, who apparently recently got press pool credentials at the White House today and is attacking me nonstop.
NEWSMAX BALKANS IS OWNED BY THE SERBIAN GOVERMENT !!
For those who don’t know, Telekom Srbija, a Serbian state-controlled telecommunications company, owns @NewsmaxBalkans.
Newsmax Balkans’ operating company is entirely owned through Telekom Srbija’s corporate group.
The disclosed ownership chain is:
- Arena News Channels Two, which operates Newsmax Balkans, is 100% owned by Arena Channels Group.
- Telekom Srbija owns 100% of Arena Channels Group.
The Serbian state owns a majority of Telekom Srbija. Its ownership breakdown is:
- Republic of Serbia: 58.11%
- Telekom Srbija itself, treasury shares: 20.00%
- Serbian citizens: 14.95%
- Current and former employees: 6.94%
Telekom’s official announcement, published April 20, 2023, identifies the contracting parties as Newsmax Media, Inc. and Telekom Srbija and describes a license lasting multiple years.
Both Christopher Ruddy and Vladimir Lučić publicly endorsed the agreement. Lučić is the CEO of Telekom Srbija.
This contract between Chris Ruddy and the Serbian government was most likely secured by @RichardGrenell, who was trying to sell Newsmax’s license in the region in 2021 or 2022.
So yes, the “conservative” outlet @NEWSMAX got a licensing contract with the Serbian government, and @NewsmaxBalkans is just a mouthpiece for @avucic’s government...
That said, don’t take anything from them seriously. It is plain Serbian/Russian propaganda hiding behind American conservatism...
Isn't that shameful?
Meanwhile, Continental Strategy, where Katie Wiles is a partner, also signed lobbying contracts with Telekom Srbija, including a request for funding from Exim Bank LOL.
To be continued..................

Sources tell me that Telekom Srbija paid for @KatieWiles0303 and @ChrisLaCivita’s trip to Republika Srpska last August.
If confirmed, that means the Serbian government paid for the trip.
Chris LaCivita runs MAGA Inc. and Republican campaigns while taking trips abroad at the Serbian government’s expense. I don’t see how that doesn’t raise issues.
@ContlStrategy told @CBSNews on Thursday that Wiles took a mid-August business trip for another Continental Strategy client.
Telekom Srbija is a Continental Strategy client, and from January to September 2026, it paid Continental $541,936.
However, I have some questions:
Why would Telekom Srbija pay for these trips to Republika Srpska? And why does Republika Srpska show a separate account with only a $ 35,000-per-month lobbying arrangement with Continental?
Was this to make it harder for us to find the details?
.@POTUS should not consult with @SusieWiles47 on matters concerning Chris LaCivita, James Blair (both Susie Wiles’ guys) and Bosnia and Herzegovina, since Susie’s daughter, @KatieWiles0303, is also involved in these insane lobbying activities with pro Russian Dodik.
People from the region are reporting to me that Katie Wiles has been working for months for @MiloradDodik, and there’s a huge conflict of interest here.
This would explain why Željka Cvijanović, the Serbian candidate who “won” the Presidential election a few days ago in Bosnia, was at the White House on September 21st, meeting with Susie Wiles and taking pictures that she used for her election a few days ago.
This raises serious questions about interference in a foreign election, and it is absolutely wrong, especially since President Trump clearly has no knowledge of what was going on.
These photos of Susie Wiles’ daughter in Republika Srpska are from last August.

Shaip Kamberi (@shkamberi) hit back at @avucic after he labeled him “the worst” among Albanians: “I have never said ‘100 for one.’ I have never threatened anyone with revenge. I have never demanded that 100 others be killed for one Albanian.”
The author of that call is Vucic himself. On 20 July 1995, from the podium of the Serbian Assembly, he said: “Bomb us, kill one Serb, we will kill a hundred Muslims.”
Do you know what a two-faced fascist with no shame at all looks like?
Look at @avucic and you won’t need an explanation.
In Kosova, Serbian-minority members who refuse to vote for the @srpskalista, Belgrade’s political arm, face threats, blackmail, and financial pressure.
On the other side, eight #Albanian parties from the Presheva Valley voluntarily joined the “Albanian Coalition,” led by @shkamberi, for the 25 October elections. On 8 October 2026, on Informer, Vucic called that unity foreign pressure, labeled Kamberi “the worst and most dangerous,” and tied the list to @RepJoeWilson and “the issue of the so-called Presheva Valley.”
Where he controls, he demands obedience. Where he doesn’t, he insults.
EU dysfunction is “internal politics”.
EULEX criticism is “hidden agendas”. The EU gets excuses, Kosovo gets lectures, and you volunteer as the unpaid press officer. Sometimes, keeping your mouth shut is a perfectly valid option 🤷🏻♂️
Replying to @Alb_Patriot @ExtSpoxEU
The fact that some EU did not recognize Kosovo yet, is due to internal political reasons. None of them ( as far as i know) have big issues with Kosovo as such.
Be careful with EULEX communication which is popping now. Be aware of the agenda's behind that are playing now.

wow so funny bro, if you only knew what ching chong shamalama ding dong means in albanian bro you’d die laughing hahaha
In Albanian-speaking regions, you can believe whatever you want. Nobody gives a shit what religion you follow. Never have, never will, no matter how much serbs try to claim otherwise.
The fact that the newly elected president happens to be Catholic is about as significant as the weather in a town nobody’s heard of.

🇦🇱🇽🇰 Justina Shiroka Pula, the new President of Kosova and an Albanian woman of Catholic faith!
Once again, Kosova shows that religious differences can enrich our community while our shared identity brings us together. Muslim, Catholic or Orthodox, we are Albanians, united by our language, heritage and love for our homeland.
Our religious harmony is one of our most precious values. Passed down through generations, it is something we must cherish, defend and carry forward.
This is Kosova. This is Dardania.
The ancient lands associated with Dardania gave the Roman world two of its most influential emperors: Constantine the Great and Justinian I. Constantine, together with Licinius, established religious freedom for Christians in 313, helping Christianity flourish across the Roman Empire. Justinian, born in Dardania, left an enduring legacy through his laws and great churches around the world, including the magnificent Hagia Sophia in Constantinople.
We honour this history as part of the rich heritage of our region.
The Albanian people will never forget their ancestors, their mothers and fathers, or the sacrifices that secured our freedom. We will continue defending our homeland, our religious harmony, freedom of belief and our place within European and Western civilisation.
We wish President Shiroka Pula wisdom, courage and success in serving every citizen.
Long live Kosova! Long live Dardania! Long live the Albanian people! Long live western civilisation! 🇽🇰🇦🇱

Yes. In 1299 Stefan Uroš II Milutin married Simonida (Simonis Palaiologina), daughter of Byzantine Emperor Andronikos II. She was about 5–6 years old; he was in his mid-40s. The union sealed a peace treaty after Serbian victories, with Byzantine recognition of conquered lands in Macedonia as her dowry. Such diplomatic child marriages occurred in medieval royal politics.
