@Budget You really need to work on your customer service, some of the WORST I have ever experienced. My father dropped off his rental on 1/31 a little before 7AM at El Paso Airport, but just received a text that rental is 3 days overdue. Please fix immediately
@Budget Received another text message saying rental is late and additional charges keep getting posted to his credit card. If you continue to not give a timely response, a complaint to the Better Business Bureau will be made
