Phase 1 of the Cefazolin for All revolution is complete.
We (@KimberlyBlumen1, Bernardo Sousa-Pinto, Lindsay Courtney, Christian Mancini) did a SR and MA of an absolute BOAT LOAD of articles to measure the rate of dual allergy between cefazolin and penicillins.

Remdesivir FAILED in the large Solidarity trial, expectedly on mortality, but more surprisingly on the time to recovery.
Would Remdesivir still be considered the standard of care ?!

This new study evaluated impact of renal function on PKs of fluconazole in critically ill pts. The authors recommend 400mg for poor to moderate renal function, 600mg for adequate renal function, & 800mg for CRRT. Thought?
