Wrestling season has started. This group of junior high boys wanted to stay after practice to get more time in so we had drills. It takes the extra effort to get that extra mile. #wrestling #hersheypanthers #coaching #extraeffort

Problems of today, when your family is at a restaurant and the kids are glued to devices, and the kid is 16ish! Headphones in and not engaged with family. 😡 #familyproblems #societyissues #iphone #Millennials

Today my dad would have turned 65. Sure do miss the old man. He’s been gone almost 10 years.

Words can’t explain how proud of my son I am. He’s growing so fast right in front of my eyes. State was today, we were 1 match from medaling out of a 32 man bracket. I love coaching this kid. Reset goals and get em!

Good day at AAU state for Ethan. Didn’t get a medal, one match away. Gained experience. @HersheyYouth #gains

Throw a little prayer out if you remember for all the ranchers calving with these unusually bitter cold temps this time of year. It’s their livelihood. #ranching #nebraska #cold

There was a glitch earlier in the week with tournament registration. It is fixed so register now for our tournament. Also......with some kids wrestling on Friday, we are allowing a 2 lbs allowance Saturday morning.

This youth wrestler of mine was hit with a rare disorder called HSP. His activity is now limited but his heart is awesome. He still wants to come watch practice and learn and be with his wrestling family! #wrestling #family #hersheypanthers
