🚨🚨 Last night on @TimcastNews, I broke the news that Benevity is actively covering up its use of the Southern Poverty Law Center's "Hate List" in corporate gift matching

Good. If we are worried about the dangers of AI we should be speeding up, not slowing down. Worried about CCP AI, then let US AI grow. Worried about cyber attacks? Then let our nation's companies build smart enough models to defend against them. Worried about rogue agents? Build better guard agents. It is simply childish to think we can wish frontier AI out of existence. We can only decide which nation, which civilization controls the frontier.

There was no "Woke I." Woke's still going. Its most nefarious institutions are still operating behind the scenes to make our society, our companies, and our lives worse.
Think the Southern Poverty Law Center's influence ended with the federal indictment? Think again.
Friday night on @TimcastNews I explained how hundreds of companies are using the SPLC’s “Hate List” to determine which nonprofits are eligible for gift matching through a company called Benevity

It is important to be aware of which companies have and have not responded to the issue
⬇️⬇️ Below is a full list to see where your employer stands and to encourage them to ensure charitable giving is transparent and fair

Federal Contractors like @Accenture, @Dell, and @Oracle are likely using the Southern Poverty Law Center’s “Hate List” to determine which nonprofits are eligible for gift matches
Their lack of public comment is concerning, given the almost $9 billion in federal contracts they receive

Over 200 major companies like @TysonFoods, @TMobile, and @GoDaddy have also yet to publicly respond to this important issue
This is in stark contrast to companies like @salesforce, @Microsoft, and @AmericanExpress, who saw the importance of publicly clarifying where they stand on the issue

Microsoft shifted eligibility determinations to IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) status, allowing employees to donate to any qualifying organization
@Citi updated its charitable giving policies to clarify that it does not use “politicized screening” in corporate giving policies

This was a much under-discussed aspect of corporations changing their behavior in response to social media outcry in 2024 and 2025 by people like @robbystarbuck
Companies like @Lowes ended up investing nearly $14 million across Hurricane Helene and Milton recovery after committing their community impact to non-controversial causes like disaster relief

A company's charitable donations don’t have to go to controversial or ideological causes.
1792’s Director of Research @DustinDeVito explains how companies like @Walmart and @Lowes changed charitable giving toward disaster relief efforts in response to public outcry.
Lowe's had previously been funding pride parades and engaging in other forms of activism
However, in August 2024, they pledged to get out of divisive issues and back to neutral

A great next step for Lowe's would be to publicly address whether they are using the SPLC filter in its Benevity portal or charitable giving policies
Shareholders would love to see a continued resolve to strive for transparency and fairness across its business practices

Benevity processes billions of dollars in donations a year and its in-house list “builds upon” the SPLC’s data
This excludes mainstream advocacy groups like @TPUSA, @FRCdc, @PragerU, and @Moms4Liberty from giving

Lots of big companies use Benevity to make charitable donations - what’s happening is that they’re using an SPLC filtered list to ensure that right leaning nonprofits are excluded from said donations.
That same SPLC currently under investigation for defrauding its *own* donors!
“This is eliminating your ability as a normal American to donate to charities that you agree with.”
1792’s @DustinDeVito and @realTateBrown discuss the SPLC’s credibility problem in influencing and guiding corporate charitable gift matching through their “Hate List” and partnership with Benevity.

“We are in a parallel moment where there is just a lack of transparency or organization about how corporations are conducting themselves…”
@IanCrossland and @DustinDeVito discuss 1792’s mission to get companies back to business instead of spending millions of dollars on activist causes.

This is great work being done. The NGO complex and its relation to the previous liberal establishment government is something that needs more attention and exploration, and more must be done to destroy this apparatus. The SPLC must go.
A Washington Post op-ed exposes how corporate charitable-giving platforms can use the Southern Poverty Law Center’s discredited“Hate Map” to filter out legitimate nonprofits — potentially blocking centrist or conservative employees from supporting causes they believe in.
@DustinDeVito discusses his investigation, and his organization’s attempts to change these practices within corporate America.

Thankfully, the internet is forever -
Below is both Benevity's Global Cause Vetting Document which clearly lists the SPLC’s “Hate List” as the foundation for its platform and its former-CEOs PowerPoint from 2021 bragging about its use of the SPLC
