This role combines the precision of medical transcription with the analytical skills required for HEDIS data analysis. Responsibilities: • Medical Transcription: Accurately transcribe medical dictation from audio files into clear and concise written documents. Possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. • HEDIS Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report HEDIS data to ensure compliance with healthcare quality measures. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in patient care. • Quality Assurance: Review and edit transcribed documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to medical standards. Ensure the integrity and completeness of medical records. • Data Entry: Input medical information into electronic health records (EHR) systems. Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality. • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers to clarify medical information and ensure accurate documentation.
