NJ's gas tax is going up another 4 cents in October, on top of the 23-cent increase that took effect last year. Two thoughts: 1, people probably won't notice it, given the natural fluctuation in fuel prices and 2, it helps pay to fix the state's badly deteriorated infrastructure.
