As a doctor, I’ve spent my career with Ohioans on some of the hardest days of their lives.
The last thing anyone should worry about in those moments is whether or not they can afford the care they need.
That’s why, as governor, I will expand access to Medicaid and lower the cost of healthcare bills for Ohioans.

Garcia: We are here to take your testimony and to document the crimes and the misconduct of Donald Trump, Stephen Miller, and this administration. Trump’s ICE and DHS are completely out of control.
Now, we have in the past documented how Kristi Noem lied when she said they weren’t arresting American citizens. That’s a lie. How U.S. veterans weren’t being targeted. That was a lie.
We’ve seen our own veterans beaten, assaulted, held without knowing where they were. We’ve heard how immigration enforcement officers have brutalized, beat, blinded, and killed Americans, let alone what they’re doing to people that are here just working and trying to live a better life.
We’ve heard how Border Patrol agents shot an unarmed American citizen and bragged about this to his fellow agents. We heard how Trump’s immigration agents have traumatized children, broken up families, violated the Constitution again and again.
And we’ve heard heartbreaking stories that should shock every single American. The reality is that ICE and DHS are operating like Donald Trump’s private personal army. They’re attacking communities. They’re targeting people who are just trying to live and exercising their constitutional rights, and the results are all around us.
We have heard in our past few hearings testimony from teachers, veterans, working people, folks who have been arrested, oftentimes with zero justification and a complete violation of their rights.
Now, as of September 2026, Oversight Committee Democrats have documented over 1,000 credible and verified instances and abuses led by these two men, the president and Stephen Miller.

There was a slight dip in diagnosis as fewer people went to the doctor for screening during COVID, followed up by a slight bump when they did. But there hasn't been a noticeable increase, much less one that could be linked to the shot

No, their problem with birthright citizenship is that the 14th Amendment clearly states what it states. The only arguments against it are that the words don't mean what they mean and the use of historical fiction. This is nullification of the Constitution by executive order.

I am deeply appalled and angry to see “Firework” used on the @WhiteHouse TikTok account as a backing track for video footage of military strikes. I did not approve this, I was not asked, and I absolutely do not condone it.
I wrote this song to be an anthem of hope, healing, and inner strength for people going through their darkest personal moments. To see a message of self-worth and upliftment weaponized to soundtrack destruction and violence is a complete violation of everything my song stands for.
My music is for bringing people together, not celebrating warfare.

ICE shoots protester in stomach with "less than lethal" bullets—had to be rushed to hospital.
Agent leans out of moving car to shoot with one hand—while driving with other.
Injures protester in abdomen at point blank range.
Car was not blocked—attack was completely unprovoked.
Video clearly shows every other ICE vehicle exiting the driveway unobstructed.
Protesters were just holding signs on the public sidewalk.
Incident occurred outside the Broadview ICE Processing Center in Illinois.

What we really need from the next Democrat President is enforcement of the Emoluments Clauses on day one. No dancing around, no drama, just use civil asset forfeiture to seize all the assets that Trump gained during his Presidency. No muss, no fuss.
