In some cases, this assumes the illegal is smart enough to simply apply online for TPS, DACA, asylum, visa, VAWA, SIJS, "humanitarian parole," or even has a pending deportation case. It's not hard.
You just have to ask and they let you stay and get benefits for the most part. This is a partial list I'm sure.

Before the Packers game, I was dodging rain drops and talking to voters at the doors on the last Sunday before Election Day.
Over the last couple months, I've knocked on thousands of doors and have attended countless community events and parades around the district.
I've enjoyed meeting so many people on the campaign trail who share the same values that I do-- improving the cost of living for families, providing every child with a high quality education, and supporting safe communities across our state.
I've been a small business owner for many years. The small business I started right after college is the same one I have today! Our businesses and hard working families are really struggling right now with inflation and a high cost of living. What can be done about it?
I have a plan! Our state is sitting on a more than $4 billion surplus in taxpayer money. At a time when so many are struggling, I want to return this money back to the taxpayers, the ones who earned that money!
