Hi All, sorry I've been gone for a while, and thank you for the various messages. All is fine, but I've decided to give Twitter a break. I might be back at some point, but for now, it's good night from Beau Cottage......
It's not quite King's College, Cambridge, but I did my best. The Christmas Carol's music book is now put away until next year......
Chest infection update. I sailed through the liver function test (we celebrated that in the pub) and the cholesterol levels are fine (pork scratchings were eaten) but the serum C protein levels seem a tad high. I'm now on antibiotics and been swabbed for Psittacosis.
Pub quiz tonight. I let these 2 off lead at the end. Wellington was an angel (as expected), but Hector was also fine (not as expected). He stayed close by and responded to recalls, sits, etc. The landlord was even impressed. Anyway, night......
Mrs B has been putting some lights on the Christmas Tree. At the beginning I asked her if she'd check to see if they work. She replied "they'll be fine". Two hours later she went to turn them on. Guess what happened.....🙄
A very late good night from Beau Cottage. I didn't get back from London until late but then sat down and started playing this. It's difficult because the right hand is going up and down the treble keys, and I haven't done that before. Before I knew it, an hour or 2 had passed.
