Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti'nin devlet statüsü uluslarası hukuka göre kurulmuştur, BM tarihi gerçekleri görmeli ve çok net şekilde -5- Maddede neden Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti bir devlettir;
⭕1960 yılında kurulan Kıbrıs Cumhuriyeti; iki toplum arasında eşit paylaşılan egemenliğe dayalı, sözleşmesel bir devlet yapısıydı. Bu yapıyı düzenleyen 1959 Zürih-Londra Antlaşmaları ve 1960 Anayasası, uluslararası hukukta klasik bir devlet yapısından ziyade bir "kurucu ortaklık sözleşmesi" (pactum) niteliğindedir.
⭕Rum tarafının 1963’teki tek taraflı eylemleri (Makarios’un 13 maddelik anayasa değişikliği dayatması ve Akritas Planı), Viyana Antlaşmalar Hukuku Sözleşmesi’nin 62. maddesinde düzenlenen "Rebus Sic Stantibus" (Koşulların Esaslı Değişimi) ilkesi ve antlaşmaların esaslı ihlali çerçevesinde ortaklık şartlarını fiilen yok etmiştir. Bu durum, Türk tarafının söz konusu anayasal düzene bağlı kalma yükümlülüğünü hukuken ortadan kaldırmıştır.
⭕Rum tarafının Enosis odaklı saldırıları ve Türk toplumunu yönetimden dışlaması; meşru temsil kanallarını kapatmış ve Türk tarafına uluslararası hukuk nezdinde "Telafi Edici Ayrılma" (Remedial Secession) hakkı tanımıştır. İçsel self-determination (kendi kaderini tayin) hakkı şiddet ve tecritle engellenen bir halkın, "dışsal self-determination" yani ayrı bir devlet yapısı altında örgütlenmesi uluslararası hukukun meşru kıldığı bir haktır. Garanti Antlaşması’nın IV. maddesine dayanan 1974 müdahalesi ve ardından KKTC’nin ilanı, hem uluslararası hukuka tam uyumlu hem de adadaki barışın yegâne teminatıdır.
BMGK Kararları ve Devlet Olma Kriterleri:
⭕ BM Güvenlik Konseyi'nin 541 (1983) ve 550 (1984) sayılı kararları, BM Şartı’nın bağlayıcı yaptırım içeren VII. Bölümü altında alınmamış olup, hukukent sadece "TAVSİYE " kararı niteliğindedir. BMGK'nın devlet unsurlarını yok sayacak bir yargı yetkisi bulunmamaktadır.
⭕ 1933 Montevideo Sözleşmesi uyarınca bir yapının devlet sayılması için gereken 4 temel kriter:
🔸Tanımlanmış ülke / toprak parçası,
🔸Yerleşik nüfus,
🔸Etkin hükümet / kamu otoritesi,
🔸Diğer devletlerle ilişki kurabilme kapasitesi.
KKTC, 1983’ten bu yana bu dört unsura da fiilen ve hukuken eksiksiz sahiptir. Uluslararası hukukta tanıma işlemi "kurucu" değil, "bildirici" nitelikte olduğundan, siyasi kararlar bir devletin varlık gerçeğini ortadan kaldıramaz.
=SONUÇ: Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti, uluslararası hukukun temel ilkelerine, antlaşmalar hukukuna ve kurucu haklara tam bir uyum içinde kurulmuş meşru bir devlettir.

Türkiye and France have signed a Defense Cooperation Roadmap aimed at strengthening bilateral defense ties and strategic dialogue.
The roadmap is expected to deepen cooperation, build on recent talks between the two countries’ leaders, and give new momentum to Türkiye-France defense relations.

A gathering in Mogadishu has expressed support for Türkiye and commended the assistance it has given Somalia, and apologised to the Turkish government over attempts to burn the Turkish flag.
Participants recalled that Türkiye built its largest embassy anywhere in Somalia at a time when other missions had left the country, and that Turkish Airlines was the first international carrier to fly to Mogadishu when flights reached only Nairobi and Djibouti. They cited the training and equipping of Somali forces, and the construction of roads, airports and ports. Those who attempted to burn the flag were described as people who had gone wrong, and the gathering said Somali custom requires that the Turkish government be asked for forgiveness.

Much of the Jerusalem you see today still carries the mark of an Ottoman Turkish sultan.
Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent rebuilt Jerusalem’s Old City walls in the 1530s, including its towers and gates. He also overhauled the city’s water system, built public fountains, restored the Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa, renovated markets and strengthened the Citadel.
The walls surrounding Jerusalem’s Old City today are largely the ones built under his reign.
And the street running beside them is still called Sultan Suleiman Street.

Turkish Navy SeaHawk helicopter live-fired ROKETSAN's L-UMTAS GM and IIR TEMREN missiles against both ground and air targets off Antalya.
Türkiye is turning its naval helicopters into a multi-role platform using the same domestic anti-tank missile family with a new infrared fire-and-forget seeker, replacing foreign munitions and adding an anti-drone/anti-helicopter capability it didn't have before.

Turkish Airlines carried 92.6 million passengers in 2025, nearly 40 million more than Emirates, with roughly twice as many aircraft.
But it did not copy Emirates. Turkish built around frequency, narrowbodies and a much larger home market.

PISA 2025 is out, and Türkiye's investment in education is paying off.
We made the biggest gains of any OECD country in all three subjects. Science is above the OECD average for the first time. Reading is above it too. Math is one point short. Overall, 476 against an OECD average of 469. Our ranking among OECD countries rose 15 places in science, 17 in reading and 9 in math.
This matters even more given the global picture. Across the OECD, reading scores are down 28 points since 2015 and math down 22, the lowest averages PISA has ever recorded. Almost every advanced economy is losing ground. Türkiye is moving the other way.
This is not an accident. For more than two decades, education has been the single largest item in our budget. Productivity starts in the classroom, and there is no better investment a country can make.
