Who decided this UX design choice is beyond me but it affects consumers and developers.
Imagine users not being able to sign because Metamask blacklisted you…
Thats the problem with QR codes and one of the reasons why DropFi doesnt use them to sign transactions. This is an inescapable design flaw that directly impacts a more seamless and secure XRPL onboarding.
So someone accidentally blacklisting us would not affect our users negatively whatsoever

Ripple is trying to protect hundreds of billions of dollars in value and hopefully soon to be a trillion. They are trying to protect 14 years of their lives’ work.
They didn’t invest billions of dollars in buying companies with XRP sold on the market for nothing.
They aren’t going to let a handful of validators from Europe who like to circle jerk their friends damage what they have built.
I thank God Ripple is here to steer the ship over the latter.

I’m starting to realize that you guys don’t actually know what gatekeeping is.
This guy made a user error on chain and lost access to his funds. This happens every day on every major chain.
Yet, you guys want to sacrifice security on chain and make a change, so one guy, can get a measly hundred thousand dollars.
Yeah, we have actual founders and projects extracting XRP from the users because they don’t think they have any other options.
Or you have actual founders hiding projects on the actual chain and hiding data, so other people can’t see the project or number #1 LP.

This is supposed to be the “hottest thing” right now on the XRPL. It’s being pushed by all the fake influencers with big fake followings and they can’t even get 1000 people to pay $10?
Also, if no one was here in 2021, a DAO is probably the dumbest thing anyone can try do to because dumb people shouldn’t vote on important decisions.
