I’ve seen some people criticizing private schools for asking high rates of school fees. Uganda runs A laissez-faire economy meaning that the government has no right to influence the prices for goods and services. Besides,at times we’ve to be realistic,I’ve seen some secondary schools with better structures than some Universities,so sincerely how do you expect such schools to ask the same fairs of fees like government aided struggling schools?
