Boarder Czar Tom Homan says investigators have a "strong case" against Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar.
And, he's making one thing clear: No one gets special treatment.
"If she violated law then she'd be held accountable," he said on @BigWeekendShow, noting federal agents are following the evidence in their investigations.
His comments come days after federal agents raided Omar's home in Washington, D.C., as part of a criminal investigation reportedly involving her immigration paperwork.

The Journal got inside the Space Force’s electromagnetic warfare compound in Colorado and saw how it was done.
A ground jammer called Meadowlands screams radio noise at an enemy satellite until it can’t talk to earth, so the cameras, radios and GPS watching over Maduro went dark while the helicopters came in.
No explosion, no debris, and the satellite wakes back up when the jamming stops, which is why Venezuela’s Russian and Chinese missiles never got a shot off.
Its partner, Bounty Hunter, plays defense: it listens for anyone trying to jam American satellites, pins down where the signal is coming from, and hands the spot to a commander for a strike.
One blinds them, the other catches them trying it on us.
So is this the famous Discombobulator Trump keeps teasing but is “not allowed to talk about”?
Nobody outside the Pentagon knows, and experts suspect the name covers several systems working together rather than one wonder weapon.
Either way, the same crews had 72 hours to pack it all up for Iran.

🇸🇦🇾🇪 Saudi Arabia is investigating how a Houthi missile and drone barrage managed to get through its air defenses and hit Riyadh’s main international airport, killing at least 13 people and wounding more than 300.
Early findings suggest the attack was coordinated: multiple drones were launched first, apparently to help clear a path for cruise and ballistic missiles that followed.
Investigators are now looking at why Saudi defenses failed to intercept them, and why there wasn’t an earlier warning despite the weapons traveling more than 1,000 kilometers.
And this is moving beyond a Saudi-Houthi fight.
Saudi officials want the U.S. to become directly involved against the Houthis. Washington is already providing intelligence, targeting and planning support, but has so far stopped short of carrying out strikes itself.
Trump now says that could change.
Asked whether the U.S. might join Saudi strikes against the Houthis, he said:
“We may. We’re going to look at it.”
A Houthi attack getting through Saudi defenses and killing civilians at Riyadh airport may now be pushing Washington toward direct military involvement in Yemen.
