Update Tomorrow: Weekly Quests! ⭐ (details below!) We're adding a weekly quests system that will let you unlock various rewards, including 2 cars each week. Unlock prizes by collecting Stars ⭐ , which will be given out by daily quests and map objectives. A lot of players told us they liked the map stars, but wished they had a purpose. Map stars will now reset weekly so that you can go claim again each week, and they will contribute to the weekly star rewards track. This does not replace our existing Daily Quests or Daily Car - they just feed into this bigger system. #Roblox #DriveWorld

Let's have a heart-to-heart conversation. Drive World is getting a MAJOR overhaul and going back to its roots. We're back with some exciting news! 🛞❤️ (FULL details below!) Since the game's release, we feel like many elements in the game have slowly degraded. - Cars have 0-60 times of less than 1 second, and go over 400mph - Many engines were changed to have double the horsepower, being very unrealistic - The steering controls are extremely sensitive, making it hard to enjoy the cars at high speeds - The economy has become overly inflated, making cash lose a lot of value and purpose - Game UI has gotten extremely cluttered and bloated, in a game where we want you to see the world Phase I (Coming This Friday) For Phase I we have refreshed the game UI and made lots of balance changes. - New game UI, with minimap and world map - Engines reverted to original horsepower from 2023 version of the game - Steering changed to be less sensitive at high speeds, but also more responsive - Camera improvements - Economy rebalancing for payouts and prices - Removing Time Trials, to be re-added later with improvements - Map objectives with completion goals (Races / Speed Traps / Jumps) Phase I brings back a lot of the feel the game originally had, and makes racing much more competitive. Cars will feel more realistic and no longer go 400mph, or accelerate to 100mph in a second. They feel a lot better to drive and race. Phase II (3-4 Weeks) For Phase II we are replacing our old garages system with houses. You will be able to spawn a house in the map, place furniture, decorate, and store your cars. There will be several neighborhoods where you can check out other players houses. - New housing system, houses added to the map - Removing garages system - Bring back Gear Ratio Tuning to the game - Auction system change (instead of 1 car at a time, players can set up "booths" to sell a car for any price) Phase II will also include several more changes, based on feedback from Phase I. Phase III For Phase III we are going to add a lot of new features to the game. - Motorcycles - Traffic (driving around the major highway) We will again be adding to this list based on feedback from the community! Final Notes We've included some screenshots of the new UI coming out this Friday. We'll keep you posted with more updates as things progress.
