🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT: Major Changes Coming to Olio Road & Southeastern Parkway
Phase 2 of the roundabout reconstruction project is expected to begin Monday, October 26, and continue through the end of the year.
During this phase, the roundabout connections used to travel north and south on Olio Road will close.
➡️ Southbound Olio: Traffic approaching from the north will be directed west onto Campus Parkway/146th Street.
⬆️ Northbound Olio: Drivers will detour using 136th Street and the new connection to Southeastern Parkway.
➡️ Eastbound traffic: Drivers will use the bypass lane toward IU Health Fishers to reach the roundabout at 136th Street.
⬅️ Westbound traffic: One lane through the roundabout will remain open toward Campus Parkway/146th Street and northbound Olio Road. Drivers continuing south will use the new connector road east of the roundabout.
Nearby businesses, hospitals and medical offices will remain open and accessible. Expect changing traffic patterns and significant delays, especially during peak hours.

Ramp and lane restrictions are scheduled this weekend on SB I-69 and Binford Blvd. for barrier wall removal, overhead sign installation and pavement markings as part of ongoing preparations to open additional lanes and ramps this year.

The additional lane on northbound I-69 north of 82nd St. did not open over the weekend due to unexpected delays. It's expected to open by Tuesday morning, Oct. 20.

Lane and ramp closures are planned in northeast Indy this weekend as crews prepare to open another lane to traffic on northbound I-69 north of 82nd Street.
Drivers are expected to be able to use the fifth lane by Sunday morning, 10/18.

Heads up, Fishers drivers: Milling and paving work is scheduled at 116th Street and Allisonville Road from October 9–16.

🚧 Olio Road & Southeastern Parkway Roundabout: By the end of this week, the fifth leg of the Olio Road and Southeastern Parkway roundabout will permanently close to traffic as work progresses on the new roundabout configuration.
Drivers should know:
- Olio Road is reduced to one lane in each direction from the roundabout to just south of 136th Street.
- 136th Street west of Olio Road is also closed for approximately three weeks, with traffic detoured using 134th Street.
- Access from I-69 to IU Health Fishers remains open via the bypass lane, and emergency access will be maintained throughout construction.
Phase 2 remains on track to begin in mid-October. Plan ahead and find the latest traffic impacts and detour information at FishersIN.gov/Olio.
