- macOS is a supported platform. python.org framework builds no longer fail TLS against the API: certifi loads on top of the system CA store, never replacing it
- native Windows is not supported. sibyl init and sibyl setup now say so and point to WSL2. accounts already on it keep every other command
- search ranking fix: the corpus count now spans every tier search reads from, so a busy journal can no longer push a full match out of the top results
- packages: client 0.8.1, CLI 0.4.1, hermes 0.4.1, MCP 0.2.1
on a Mac: pip install -U and sibyl status works. on Windows: run it inside WSL2.

I wrote a book from bedtime stories I made up for my son, now illustrated, and an audio book with 95+ voices about Uncle Matt and Bob the Magical Talking Turtle.
I found Bob at camp in 1989. She just turned 37 this month!
I then trained a LLM to know what a turtle and fish look like on a live stream.
I then made a game in which you control a little guy in bobsturtletank.fun. Stay away from the fish and Bob to survive.
At night it turns into stay away from the fireballs because I haven’t figured out how to get the vision model correct with the lights out. That’s up next.
We also got Bob merch on the site because my son thought it would be fun.
