Another San Francisco commercial real estate disaster... A buyer has just been selected to purchase a 300k SF building for $60 million, or $200 per SF The current owner/seller paid $121 million for the building in 2013 During the seller's ownership, they had attracted top tenants like Google and WeWork In 2019, the building was 97% leased but by March of this year, occupancy plunged to 65% What's more concerning is that the 65% occupancy includes WeWork as a tenant who occupies 31% of the building...

All hazardous materials—roughly 264,000 cubic square feet—have been cleaned from the 10 Freeway repair site, two days ahead of schedule. @CaltransDist7 now has full site access to shore up support pillars & begin repairs. We are working 24/7 to get LA's traffic moving.

MOVIE FACT: Gary made up that Monologue the night before filming that scene.. When he did it on film it was the Very first time ANYONE had heard it. Ernest Dickerson the director shot it in one Take, no edits… He then told me to adlib and say whatever my reply would be. 💥
